Editorial and Job Verification Policy

Last updated: 5 November 2026. Jobz SK Dultana is a Pakistan jobs information website. This Editorial and Job Verification Policy explains how we choose, check and publish every job, how we correct mistakes, and what readers should expect from our listings. It is the standard our editorial team follows for every job we publish.

Our editorial purpose

We publish job information to help job seekers in Pakistan find real opportunities quickly and safely. Our focus is government jobs, private-sector jobs and city-wise jobs. We write for readers across Pakistan, including readers in smaller cities and rural areas, so we aim to write clearly, in plain language, and to show the most important details first: the organisation, the post, the education and experience required, the city, and the last date to apply.

Every job is checked against its official source before publishing

No job is published on Jobz SK Dultana until it has been checked against its official source. An official source is the advertisement as published in a newspaper, on the official website of the government department or employer, on the website of a public service commission, or on the official career page of a company.

Before a listing is published, the editor checks the organisation name, the post title, the number of vacancies, the required education, experience and age limit, the domicile or quota if any, the city or province, the last date to apply and the official way to apply. If any of those details cannot be confirmed from the official source, the listing is not published until it can be confirmed, or it is published only with the details that are confirmed, and the missing detail is left out rather than guessed.

What we do not publish

  • We do not publish a job that has no identifiable official source, or a job that comes only from an anonymous message or a social media post with no link to an official advertisement.
  • We do not publish a job that asks applicants to pay a fee to apply, to be shortlisted or to be selected.
  • We do not publish a job that is clearly fake, that uses a false organisation name, or that asks for sensitive personal information in an unusual way.
  • We do not publish a job after its last date has passed, as if it were still open.

No salary or deadline is invented

No salary or deadline is invented on Jobz SK Dultana. A salary is shown only when the official advertisement states a salary, a pay scale or a salary range. A last date is shown only when the official advertisement states a last date. If the official advertisement does not state a salary or a deadline, we say so, or we leave that detail out, rather than inventing a number that could mislead a reader.

The same rule applies to every other detail in a listing. A vacancy number, a qualification, an age limit and an application method are shown only as the official advertisement states them. If the official advertisement is unclear, we check it again, and if it stays unclear we do not fill the gap with a guess.

Expired jobs are marked closed and never shown as current

When the last date of a job has passed, or when the employer withdraws the job, the listing is expired. Expired jobs are marked as closed. They are never shown as current, they are never presented as new, and their last date is never extended on our website. A reader who finds an expired listing will be able to see clearly that the job is closed, so that no one wastes time applying for a job that is no longer open.

Corrections

If we find a mistake in a listing, or if a reader tells us about one, we check the official source again and correct the listing promptly. If an official source corrects its own advertisement, we update our listing to match. Readers can report a mistake by writing to skdultana003@gmail.com, with the name of the job, the link to the listing and the detail that is wrong. Corrections are treated as a priority, because they affect every reader of that listing.

Editorial independence

Our editorial decisions are made by our editorial team, not by advertisers and not by employers. Advertising on this website does not affect which jobs we publish or how we describe them. We do not accept payment to publish a job, to favour a job, or to remove a correction. Jobz SK Dultana is not a government department, a recruitment agency or an employer, and we do not hire for the jobs we list.
